Hey you guys! Sorry for no posts this week. I have been super duper busy. Whenever I would get the time, I’d just say, “oh I’ll do it later.” You know how that goes. It just keeps getting pushed farther and farther back until BAM! It’s Friday.
This Friday’s challenge is EFT tapping. EFT stands for Emotional Freedom Technique, and it is used to help release and let go of any blockages you have. Tapping helps to place your body’s energy back into balance, and helps to relinquish negative emotions. Say you have anxiety. You can use EFT as a way to help you let go of that anxiety. You can also use EFT as a way to encourage yourself to want to lose weight! It helps in so many ways. I have used EFT to get rid of the negative energy I had with surrounding money. My perspective about wealth and abundance kept me from achieving abundance. I thought that I’d always be stuck living paycheck to paycheck, and I thought that I’d never have enough money. You’re in charge of your perspective, and I hadn’t realized that my believing that I’ll never have money was actually making that fear come true! I needed to let go of my resentment to wealth, and EFT helped me with that.
So here is my challenge to you. Pick something you want to let go. It can be letting go of your resentment towards money, letting go of your fear of heights, or letting go of a past memory. It can be anything! There are tons of videos that help you through this. I’ll post them here:
